Friends, Please clarify my doubt.
I want to take transfer from present employer after graduation and want to continue articleship in my native place. I want to take transfer mentioning reasons of "going to native after graduation or post graduation". I think it is a valid reason.
So what are procedures for taking transfer. Will i be having the same registration number? Because i will be going from maharashtra to tamilnadhu. How much time will it take for granting transfer? Shall i start the process now itself as i will be giving tybcom in april 2010?
