Well, If your principal is ready, then take secondment.... Coz transfer is banned... Under exceptional circumstances and yours is not one.. ( As said by ICAI )........... Btw, if you can do specify, what do you mean by NO SECURITY FOR GIRLS.....

u can take transfer in only two ways first as all know ur father transfer to another city n second one is u dnt feel comfortable in mumbai environment.....in second case u have to give up ur 3 months articleship...........

i also know one of my friends(girl).her principal is also doin the same kind of thing mentioned by geet.he always calls girls to his cabin and give them some work with a condition that they should not ask any doubt regarding that work to anyone except him.if a girl goes with a doubt he tells them to come near him and does something said by geet.he is a bit crazy about girls.he asks them to come early to office before any staff or other students come and tries the same style.if a girl talks with a boy he gets angry with him and starts humiliating him.he does not even spare his partner's students.he always calls them to go for hearing and to tribunals etc and asks them to sit with him in the backseat of the car.if he takes care of every student in this way it is ok.he has not even taken any male student to such tribunals or for hearing with him.but i also came to to know that some girls are co operating with him for these things to get better exposure.these flirts are spoiling the dignity of other girls too.if a girl does not cooperateor defend him he will also try to torture them mentally.these kinds of criminals are not even caught in public.they are in a ste=ate of arrogance that the students willnot complain about them in fear of their future.how can these students be saved.pls help
Well ya Santhosh there is one very effective remedy.... Honestly, I canno tthink of anything else.... TAke the name of all such CA's and bash them up mercilessly.... Coz Neither ICAI nor anyone can prove this.... N its the career of these girls getting affected....
Well, Geet Convince your CA to give you secondment under any other CA. Atleast you can avoid this for 12 months.... N who knows, perhaps the transfer rule will be made a bit more lenient till then....

i knw very well dat he wont giv me transfer at any cost as he has alrdy told to all d articles dat he wont give transfer to anyone. nd since i hav jst given the exam for PCC in dis june i cant evn apply for industrial trnng by hook or crook..now wat d only option we hav is to bring into d notice of his wife who is a CS in d same office..will dis be d right one..????

thats not tha end of all geet.we should try something.these criinals shouldnot be allowed to play with our future.they should also be caught in public and prosecuted
it is very difficult to do by stating this reason to the institute....because it wil earn a bad name for ur firm....wch ur CA cant afford....better.....is...if u send the transfer form with an application with some other reason like...misunderstanding b/w ur CA n u....to wch ur CA also consentd.....n wait for instiute reply.....or u can mail to them ....in this regard.......BEST OF LUCK.....
