but when i asked them to give me transfer they are not listening me as i couldnt start my articleship(in institute records) before 31st octoober 2012 my final attempt goes delayed by 6 months.

Send your articleship form by giving details of your articles starting date as before 31 st october ok

u have to send with in 30 days after joining articles

IF you after 30 days u have to pay Rs.100 ad condonation fees

ok

do send the details like

ok

agar vo mera form hi sign hi ni kar rha wo meri baat hi ni sun rha uske khilaf kya rights hai mere ki mai usko force kar k sign karwau aur transfer lu?

Ask him whether he will sign or not

If he dont sign then search for other auditors ok and request them

I think it is better to leave your present firm because you cant in such a firm for three years
