Hey guyz can any one please tell, is there any consequences if we dont fill up form 102 and submit only form 103 in the institute, i am seeking treansfer but my principal has refused me, and now he is not giving me my stipend also.
Please help.........

I think vijay you wanted to say that "you don't wana submit form 109 ?"
For termination it is a must.
In any case first you've to submit Form 109 and then 103 on re-registration with the newer employer.
Okay'And regarding your trouble with your principal.
It would be helpful for you to ask at e-sahaayata( ICAI's e-service).
They would be guiding you regarding this.
nothng can be done if the employer refuses,u ll have to convince him .
