I had applied for transfer on mutual grounds and i even got a letter from ICAI that your request has been approved subject to submission of form 109..i submitted 109 on 5th oct but still i have not received any sort of letter from icai regarding it and now i am applying for articleship somewhere else, will it be ok or i have to get it confirmed from institute??
