My cousin's principal is asking him to take transfer and leave the organisation due to some stupid reasons ( not showing perfoance and all ). Whats should my cousin do ?
Will institue allow such transfer??

INSTITUTE WILL NOT ALLOW SUCH TRANSFERS..
AS INSTITUTE HAS SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED CERTAIN GROUNDS ON THE BASIS OF WHICH TRANSFERS ARE ALLOWED.
YOU HAVE ONE OPTION TO MAKE UNDERSTAND YOUR PRINCIPLE AND GO FOR SECONDMENT.
OR IF U HAVE COMPLETED 2 YEARS OF ARTICLESHIP GO FOR INDUSTRIAL TRAINING.
ELSE TRY TO COPE UP WITH THE PRINCIPALS REQUIREMENT THINKING IT AS A LEARNING PHASE OR AN EXPERIMENTAL PHASE OF LIFE.

if my cousin opt for secondment will it be in the nature of transfer ?
will the principal change to the one to whom he will b seconded ?
Also dear, my cousin is very sincere with regard to his work, its just that the principal wants to employ more cheap staff than one highly paid articled student thats why he is asking my cousin to take transfer.
kindly guide.
Also can my cousin refuse and continue with the same firm i he choose to ?
