Sir, I started my articleship from 7th october 2012 and took transfer from the firm on 1st January 2013. Now i have got a firm which will register me from 12th Feb 2013. My question is if this gap wud b included in my holidays or will it delay my May 2015 attempt?
If it will delay my attempt, plz guide me wid some possible solution.

Discuss the same problem with your Principles about your problem and they can only help to u in this regards if any of them agreed to accept with prior period and consider it as leave till the time u join then u will not loose the attempt
Hi Shitin... can you pls tell me all the process you had to undergo to take tranfer! Transfer in first year is without any restrictions right? Or do you need proper reason? Didi you take the approval of the institute first? And i am planning on transfering from Eastern Region to Northen Region so do i send Form 109 to ERIC or directly to Northern Region with new 103. And what to do with old I Card?
I simply filled up form 109 and got it signed by the principal. I submitted it long back but havent received any letter frm the institute. I guess dey approve form 109 only wen 103 wid next principal is deposited. Old I Card need to b sent back to the institute wid form 103 and 109. No prior approval is required.
