Hey all the P.C.C students just a peice of information that we got in class today that following chapters are not a part of the syllabus of P.C.C Income Tax, though in alot of books these topics are given.
The Topics that are not in course are:
1. Appeal
2. Tax Authority
3. Asssessment Procedure (Filing of return topic is in course)
This info is official and was announced in our tax class today. You can confirm the same by refering to the topics givrn in the study material of Income Tax.
