7a 2 rate is 20℅ or 5% as d case may be

Did we need to deduct 50 employee while calculating deduction under 80JJAA,because same is not done In RTP QUESTION BUT DONE in SUPPLEMENTARY of Icai. Refer pg 75 of RTP.
yup 50 employees will deducted... in case of RTP its a old company and in case of ques paper it was a new company
