On December 21, 2012, the Mayan Calendar predicts that the world will come to an end, however, they were not kind enough to tell us how. In December 1999 everyone was all concerned about Y2K and the possibility of civil society becoming undone followed by the demise of humanity. Given that we are in 2012, it’s safe to say that Y2K was nothing to really worry about.
