you can not compare professional course with MBA. As MBA qualification u have a less opportunity as compare to cs. Company Secretary is Mile Stone of carrier graph. It is highest degree. As per my point of view go for CS course.

well If MBA done from Good Institues like IIMs it will fetch you a good salary...
but from an average institute.. then...
there may be possibility having good salary in CS profession and also a social standing
