Since ppt doesn't support .swf flaash animations for inserting directly, so, we need to convert swf to avi and then insert avi to ppt.
the steps:
1. convert swf to avi
2.. then insert to ppt as : Choose Insert | Movies & Sounds | Movie from File? and choose the required video file.

Thank you for the useful info! Personally I use Flash to Video Encoder PRO for converting swf and flv files to avi. After that I can easy add video file into powerpoint.
