Time spent in Articleship

No one follow it

Whether the Stipend during the period of Articleship of CA's students is right because MBA students drawn mininmum Rs 10000/- PM during theire training.

Yah............its 100% true that no firm follows such rules and articles are pressurised to work for late nights.........................in some cases even on sundays.....................the ICAI needs to look after this............................The stipend level needs to  be increased

Firms follow Double-Standards....

They forget the rule for the 35 Hours per week....but they are ''Oh So Sincere'' abt the Rule for the Max. Leaves during the 3yrs....

u r right ,no one  follow it....

but its good for us bcoz as much as time we spent in off. we got knowledge.

it is beneficiary for us in future so dont upset its a part of our training

But you have to talk to your boss that, "if you are doing work for more hours you are going to count that time as hours worked by you and for that you can claim extra leaves that may be for any reason." 

ITS True No One Follows it

ya i agree........most of the firms follow those rules and regulations which is beneficial for them.

very correct anurag..........only bcoz of this reason we r attending office even on sundays.........
