Time limit to comply with company act 2013

Dear Madam/Sir,

Do you have any information regarding the time limit for compliances of Company Act-2013. Some section of the old act was not applicable for Private Companies , but as far as new Company Act concern , privileges of private Companies are ceased.

Is there any circular has been notified for the above.
