Time Limit for filing revised return

as per incometax, if your original return of incom has been filed within due date in the relevant assessment year, then the revised return can be filed within  one year from the end of  the relevant assessment year, i.e in your case, you have time to file your revised return - 31.03.2009.....( your relevant assessment year ends on 31.03.2008...and one year from that date is....31.03.2009).......

If one person who is mnc employee TDS has been deducted properly but not filing the returns during this year and last 3yrs , Can he file the returns now If any claim to refund is there during 3 yrs what will be cosequence? can anybody pz explain
