Time limit for CS Training

Hi All,

I ve cleared CS Final in June 2010 attempt and yet to complete or say start 15 months training. Is there any time limit to complete or start 15 month training after clearing CS Final ? i haven t found any such time limits in the site.

I am also planning to apply for exemption from training, kindly can anyone tell about any cut off dates to start training or to apply for exemption from such training, if any and if anyone is aware of.
