Friends, I read in our CA students journal that there are going to be 2 GMCS..., 1 during the 1st year of Articleship, n the 2nd during the last year of articleship.. Is it true..?? When is it going to come into effect..?

Its given that both are 15 days. I just wanted to know frm when is it going to come into effect.. My last year of articleship is going on.. But my group 2 PCC is pending still....
i guess its 4 ipcc students only .. not sure
