THE PERCEPTION ABOUT THE CAREER

Sir,

I am sure what you said is worthy and important, yet we dream of a life where we chose CA as the option despite the fact that it is a difficult course, is just because we wan't a certain definite return out of it which levels with the work and quality we maintain at our work.

Now, if we see our friends with higher stipend but similar or infact lesser work......we tend to become irritative and ignorant towards our principal for sticking to the minimum standards of ICAI. However yet again, this doesn't degrade our work quality niether it slows us down....it just inspires 'me' to think bigger, work harder, bring furthur quality boost such that I learn everything in this line and thereafter shift the work place.

Now, A difficult career, If after facing the difficulties and becoming a CA we continue to face the difficulties in form of lesser returns, It is just going to become a problem as such which can be ignored and delayed but not elimiated. Though for now, I never consider stipend in the scenario personally, But Salary, It will be my priority unless ofcourse I learn something more important which you are telling above and am not understanding.
