I need to know the forms to be filled in along with the other procedures for termination of articleship period of 3 yrs old final scheme, articleship is done after clearing PE-II.

form no 108
U NEED TO FILE FORM NO. 108 AND SHOULD BY SIGN YOUR PRINCIPAL . YOU CAN DOWNLOAD ALSO FORM FROM INSTITUTE SITE
Thanx, I think form 109 is not applicable to me, no? I think its for termination other than on completion of 3 yr period. So only form 108 is applicable to me, right?
Also, what is this diary that an article has to maintain?
Please also tell me how i can access the latest Training Guide of the Institute? Is it applicable to all students regardless of whethr he has done PCC/ PE-II

Do submission of Form 119 "Requisiton form for Issue of Service Certificate " is also required along with Form 108.
and after how much time of submitting above form /forms,can I apply for Membership ???
