I am in my first year of articleship. Due to health concerns i am looking for a transfer but my principal has refused and said that he will terminate my articleship if i do not withdraw my transfer application. I am currently in my first year of articleship after IPCC. People have said that i should accept the termination as they mean the same. Do they??? will accepting termination affect my career in any way ( for ex restarting articleship, delay of exam,completely ending my CA course etc). Request you to help me as i am really short of time. Thank You In Advance.

Dont terminate your articleship otherwise your final attampt will be delayed..give an application before tranfer to ICAI regardind reasons of transfer, if your reasons are valid then ICAI will allow u to take transfer ..and in this situation your CA have to give u transfer..
I do have a valid reason but one of the regulations of ICAI state that in case of disagreement ICAI will not interfere and the matter should be solved between the article and principal only!
Also it is said that form 109 is used for both transfer and termination! So there is no differnce between them!??!
Am super confused nw!
