Termination of internship

As per ICAI:

Medical grounds requiring discontinuance of articles for a minimum period of three months (on production of a Medical Certificate issued by a Government Hospital).

Can you pls explain what do they exactly mean by discontinuance of articles for a minimum period of 3 months.

I think they meant that if discontinuance is for less than 3 months, then you can take normal leave instead.

Only if the discontinuance of articleship is for more than 3 months, you need to terminate the articleship.
