hey everyone,

i need a clarification in my case.

i am doing my articleship training in chennai, and i am from kerala. One year is over and my attempt for PCC is in next may ( 2010). I need to terminate the present training and want to join somewhere within 1 month. If it extends my attempt will be effected. Is it not possible to change like that as per the new rules amended. If it is valid reason what are all papers i should submit. i am looking to go out of the city and continue the rest.

please assist me. it is urgent.

my mother is not well. so i should be there in my home town. is it a valid reason? if not, what criterion is coming under the section.

i'm also searching for the same mahammed.my friend has got some diseases due to the climatic condition and pollution of the place of articleship.she wants to take termination and migrate to another city.but if she takes termination on medical grounds there should be a minimum discontinuity of 3 months from the course and that delays her final exams by 6 months.whether there is any other way to take termination or is it possible to discontinue for less than 3 months?please let me know

hey buddy, dont u guys worry coz evn i have taken transfer 4m my firm saying dat "i have got some serious personal problem which i am facing since d last few days n so i need to go back 2 my hometown" my chartered has given a written note dat he doesnt hv ne prob wid me taking tranfr as m facing some serious problem. it was d only doc i hv submitted in d instt. but b sure dat u vl get transfr only if uy ca gvs a written note...... my frn hs given dis idea to me. evn he has takn trnsfr saying dat he has some financial problem so he needs to go back to his home town......

I am in similar situation as mentioned by Bhairabi. Can I know if this will definately work?

I also want to understand how to proceed for transfer of articleship in case of personal problems and your home town is somewhere else.
