A student undergoing articleship didnt want to pursue CA and left without notice.. When we called he told that he didn't want to pursue CA and going to involve in business.. We cannot terminate his articleship as it doesn't fit on any of Institutes grounds.. And the student just left, he wont come back. What proof can we submit to terminate his articleship?
The ICAI asks for proof for the reason of termination... A Chartered Accountants article recently died.. God rest her soul.. The Instititute asked the principle to obtain a death certificate and send it.. We tried asking but the parents are not cooperating..
