i need to take termination of my articles from the current employer is there any minimum period need to be served? i have worked for 3.5 months is it sufficient ?

there is no minimum time required for termination or transfer of articleship.u may change any time in 1st year and there is no restruction......
Thanks annu they are asking for form 120 along with form 109. In form 120 it has been mentioned that no articles termination wil be entertained in first six months?
