I am Shravan K Dev Currently Pursuinig my Articles in COchin, Kerala. I Cleared Grp I in Nov 2010 and secured an excemption for IT SM. I need to terminate my articles and my articleship period ends up in 1st February 2012. My doubt is can i terminate my articles in my last year of Service. If so can i appear for my Finals in May 2012 if at all i clear PCC before that??? Please do Help me!!

articleship can be terminated in the 1st yr only without restriction..however as in your case in the last yr it can be terminated on some special grounds only like if ur principal moves to another place or your parents move to another place etc..
