hey guyz please help me I want to that if my sir terminates my articleship will the period served will be counted...... i m suffering from jaundice and was hospitalised n after discharge sir is forcing me to come to office otherwise he will terminate me my medical reports show dat i still have jaundice n being advice by my dr to take bed rest for atleast a month if not more.............can i take transfer on medical grounds i have completed two years of articleship.........plz help me i m in a mess.........

Dont worry. Even if he terminates you, you will get credit of the period served. Termination on medical grounds is allowed, but it doesnt say exactly on what grounds; so call the institute and enquire.

wil it have negative impact on my cv n plz send the institute number so dat i can enquire further n is transfer possible on mutual consent between principal n article

i think there should be some freedom for the articles and not to ruin there future by implementing those strict rules(termination). This will effect the independence of an article assisstant.

some principals exploits there articles and make them work for midnights during audit season.

also the stipend should be increased beacuse in now days even peon gets more than us.

so i want to request Mr. Amarjeet Chopra Hon'ble President ICAI to be with the articles also.
