Need Your suggestions
I will be completing my 3 years of articles by 25th Jan,2010. And i have taken leave of 10 months
Can i terminate the present firm and join some other firm. Will that excess leave taken by me, add to my article tenure or not.

I think u don't take any termination in ur last 12 month traning. But U take Articleship Secondment as termination.
