TERMINATION OF ARTICLES IF CONVERT FROM PCC TO IPCC

to my knowledge it is allowed to terminate articleship after conversion to ipcc, but its better not to ,as our institute keeps on changing their requirements. its better you continue it for a while and ask for leave from ur principal from 12 of june as ur other fellow articles appearing for this june exam will be joining back and u can get leave

even after this u wnat termination its better u call at 18002002501 delhi institute toll free no. and ask them the complete procedure properly...

like whether u will be allowed to give ur exam in this nov or not ,after termination ???

As far as I have enquired from ICIA Institute of Kanpur they told me that there is no way now that you can take a termination whether you have been converted in IPCC or not, it hardly matters.

No doubt u can take termination only if your principle agrees inspite of the fact u converted to IPCC. Try to conveyance your principle. But if u take transfer then u cannot register in the same city. when this rule came then only in back dated u should have taken termination and get register in back date only i.e before march 27. but now talk to your principle. Ask your principle to give u leave from immidate effect.

if covert pcc to ipcc it allowed to take termination and not necessary to register with same principal(CA) af clearing Group-1 of IPCC

Im doing PCC & my attempt is in May'2010. Since Im doing SyBcom & my college demands compulsary attendance it is difficult to cope up with articles, hence I want to shift to IPCC & attempt IPCC in May 2010. Therefore am I allowed to take termination & rejoin with the same principal after clearing IPCC

Kush has mentioned that I can do so but it is not mentioned anywhere on the ICAI site. Please Help

Subu when you submit your IPCC form its given in the rules that you can terminate your artileship with your current CA or you can continue with him after the exam

even after writing PCC we can convert to ipcc, but we will have to take 9 monhts coaching. we will get articleship credit also of the period alredy served

AFTER CONVERSION FROM PCC TO IPCC, DOES OUR TENURE OF ARTICLESHIP REMAINS THREE AND HALF YEARS OR GETS CONVERTED TO THREE YEARS ?

I have not cleared my PCC waiting for result in Jananuary 2011, Can I terminate on the ground of Industrial Training now before result? if yes what is the procedure?
