I'm in my 3rd year of articleship training and want to take a termination. My father is getting transferred to another city [Coimbatore to Tirupur]. We have taken up residence in avinashi, which is between coimbatore and tirupur. Avinashi is only 42 KMs from coimbatore. Will this be a problem for termination. The transfer letter states tirupur as new place of job.
Also the termination rules state that we are required to submit proof of relocation. My proof of relocation has all addresses in avinashi.
Please give me a favourable solution. Having a hectic time travelling in the moring and evening rush hour.
