Is this True that if a stud. under articalship take termination then he has to take articalship traning far away from the city of 50 Km?
Is there any chance to get joined in the same city to get the good practice?

Hi shiva, the language says that if u want a transfer from one firm to another or u get terminated from one firm and want to join another... Then, u r suppose to join a firm which is atleast 50 kms far away from the present area of ur old firm....
I have applied for transfer on account of transfer of working parent will i wait for approval or can i take 109 and register in new firm which is away from 50 kms away from PresentI
