I had taken excess leave due to personal problem my principal said to take termination ? Now what is the procedure , now I can join with another employer with in the city for excess leave taken . plz send me reply

You can terminate and take transfer to another firm only if one year has not elapsed from the date of registration in current firm. If otherwise, i suggest you contact icai directly and ask. Contact on icai helpline numbers or personally visit if required.
