I have taken termination from current firm on 4th Feb and now finding a new firm so if there is a gap between articleship for 15 to 20 days will my Final attempt be shifted from May 15 to November 15 or it will remain the same?
I even took leave for 30 days in the prior firm.

Kindly mention the Commencement date of articleship as per ICAI.
Then i can tell if your attempt is getting delayed or not.
Rarely it will not get affected by merely 15-20 days.

And leave calculation has counted to 48 days

Try not to maintain the gap now on wards.
It seems u have to register asap, as you have took 48 days leave and that is evident.
Try registering as on 5th february with your new employer. , see whether he gives you that flexibility.
If not done then your attempt may be delayed by another six months just because of 3-4 days.

I HAVE GOT TERMINATION DATE AS 7TH ON MY FORM SO IT WILL HELP?
If i get new article till 15th and my leave is reduced to 44
that will be fine ! :)
