tdscpc.gov.in-both user id,p/w not -avlble by earlier filer

for tdscpc.gov.in both the user ID and Password are not being given by the earlier consultant.

Is there any way through which I can retrieve both OR re-register...!!!...?

(of course I know how to get one if I have the other)

You have to re register ...as if the previous consultant registered it on nsdl..on trce site previous ID and password is not useful for login...

can...? not re-register as in tin-nsdl.com
