for tdscpc.gov.in both the user ID and Password are not being given by the earlier consultant.
Is there any way through which I can retrieve both OR re-register...!!!...?

You have to re register ...as if the previous consultant registered it on nsdl..on trce site previous ID and password is not useful for login...
