i want to know from where we can find unique transation number for filing the income tax return for the assessment year 2009-10 of an salaried individual as his / her form 16 do not provide any information

just leave the column blank as UTN is applicable from FY 09-10.

In the ITR it is asking compulsory to fill UTN No. Without that it is not converting into XML.file which is essential to upload. What we have to do for finding UTN no. as it is not given in form 16
