TDS section 194 J and 194 C both in a year

if TDs is being deducted for a party under section 194 C for Amc contracts and if the same party provides consultancy once in a year for amount not exceeding the limit said in section (194J-30000),Will TDS be deducted on same u/s 194 J also?
