Is it possible to file TDS return which deposited in delay without interest amount?

possible to file but not correct to do so.....u will get a demand immediately on processing

Hello sir,

If i am filing return in delay then i need to pay penalty of 200 per day. When should i pay this amount weather at the time of filing or at the time demand raised after processing of return?

At the time when demand raised by it dept.

It is always Desirable to pay Penalty at the time of Filling of TDS return otherwise you will get NOTICE from TDS Dept within 20 -25 days asking to pay Penalty
