Is it necessary to file NIL e-tds return for all quarters in case of corporate assessee ?

Hi,
From F Act 2003 and section 206 of IT Act 1961 all the corporate assesses has to file E-TDS Return for all quarter, even if in any one quarter there is no transection is in the records.
So, you have to file NIL E-TDS return complusorily.
