Can anybody clarify me if there are two rate for tds one applicable for 3 months and other applicable for 9 months , how we will solve problem using two different rates of tds .

i don understand this..
PAYMENTS SHOULD BE DEDUCTED AT THE RATES APPLICABLE FOR THE PERIOD ie. say 2% for first 3 mths & 1 % for the 9mths
