Please tell me that the TDS Payment wef 01.07.09 is in new challan or old challan (281).

Mam as the Income Tax deprt put the new scheme on hold & it will going the applicable from the 1.Jan then i think TDS payment may be in Old Challan will be accepted but if u use New Challan it is beneficail to u bcoz in future u have to shift to Form 17 (New Challan) so why not to day.. |

hey... new challan is not yet applicable n is made withdrawn ..... hence u r required 2 use old challan only... n pay tax online only...
although the scheme is on the paper but not yet applicable so the tds payment is to be made in old form
