Dear Sir/Madam.
The Father of My client had F.D in a Bank Rs800000, For 3 Years Mean His father exxpired.
The Nominee is his Mother(sr ctz) .And his is a house wife and having PAN Card.He is also submitting 15H
to the Bank.
But the BANK on Death settlement of F.D has deducted 20% TDS.
Is the Bank Has the done correct thing instead of submitting 15 H by the Nominee.
