TDS on rent for redevelopment property

My house went in redevelopment and I am getting rent from the developer. TDS is being deducted on this rent u/s 194I(b). To claim this TDS, i need to file ITR. Should I show this rent as Income from house property (since TDS is u/s 194I(b)) or should I show it as Income from Other sources, as described by IT Act.

Quick Summary
This discussion addresses the correct way to declare rent received from a developer during property redevelopment for income tax purposes. Specifically, it questions whether this rent, on which TDS is deducted under Section 194I(b), should be shown as 'Income from house property' or 'Income from Other Sources' in the Income Tax Return (ITR). While some suggest 'Income from Other Sources', others point to case law and argue it might not be taxable or should be treated differently.
