Hi Friends/Seniors,

One of my client has bought commercial property.

For this property, there are 3 joint sellers.

TDS was duly deposited with Income Tax Department.

Yesterday, 3 mails were received stating "Your TDS statement filed and there are no defaults".

Today, as I was applying for TDS certificates, only 1 TDS Certificate was available.

For balance 2 TDS certificates, how to apply on Traces ?

If anyone has idea, do share with me to enable me to download balance 2 TDS certificates.

To download the remaining two TDS certificates on TRACES, follow these steps: - *Login to TRACES*: Log in to the TRACES website using your credentials. - *Navigate to Downloads*: Click on the 'Downloads' tab and select 'Form 16A' or 'Form 16', as applicable. - *Select Financial Year and Quarter*: Choose the financial year and quarter for which you want to download the TDS certificate. - *Enter PAN and Token Number*: Enter the PAN of the deductee and the token number of the TDS return filed. - *Verify and Download*: Verify the details and download the TDS certificate. Additionally, ensure that: - *TDS Statements are Filed*: Verify that the TDS statements have been filed by the deductor. - *No Defaults*: Confirm that there are no defaults in the TDS statements.
