TDS on professional or consultation charges

Dear sir,

I'm Pradeep Kumar, recently I've received an invoice towards professional charges and that invoice containes travelling charges of RS. 1200.00.

the total bill value is Rs. 37,800.00 includes GST.

Now the issue is do I need to deduct TDS on transportation charges.

please clarify.
