Tds on payment to trust notified u/s 10(23c)(iv)
Dear All,
Do we need to deduct TDS on payments made to a trust notified u/s 10(23C)(iv)?

Hi, I am of the opinion that YES TDS is to be deducted , reason being In every tds section tds is required to be deducted when payment is to be made to person as defined under the provision of section 2(31) as trust is aop/boi , tds is to be deducted .
