TDS on Interest moratorium

Please advice on below matter

Is tds applicable on moratorium interest ? (Interest not paid by us due to moratorium)

We book every month interest amount in account books.

Interest allowed under IT ?
Yes it is a business expenses.. I think it is not covered in section 43b.. Some notifications is there hence will be allowed
