i want to know if tds has to be deducted on interest received on loans taken from related parties
Yes. If the total amount of Interest exceed Rs.5000.00, then u must deduct @ 10% on Interest payble and/or paid u/s 194A
is there a tds liability to llp if interest is payable on loan given by designated partner
NO. TDS WILL BE DEDUCTED U/S 194A(3)(iv) of the Income Tax Act1961
Is TDS deducted on Interest paid on capital to partners
