tds on audit fee
if tax audit fee is 50000 rs and assessee not deduct tds in previous year. can he show rs 50000 in his profit and loss accouNt?

IF YOUR FIRM IS LIABLE SECTION 44AB (AUDIT) AND YOU HAVE FILE AUDITED ITR ,
THAN YOU SHOULD DEDUCTE TDS OTHERWISE NOT REQUIRE.

but the problem was that on 31st march we were do not know about the auditor name and his fee.
so how could be deduct tds on unknown amount and deposit the same with govt.

date of provision is 31st march 2016
and payments is expected to made in the month of October 2016

I think you should go for the date in which invoce is raise
