02-07-16 Rs. 10000 paid as Advance to Mr. J. Kapoor Ref no: ADV/JK/COM/001 for commission and Tds on commission also be deducted from the advance amount. on 02-08-16 A bill for commission of Rs. 30000 received from Mr. J. Kapoor Bill No. BL/COM/JK/005. The bill is adjusted with the Advance amount paid Ref no: ADV/JK/COM/001 and Tds on Commission also applicable on the remaining balance but it not deducted right now
what is jouranal entries of above ...
how it can be recorded in tally ...

TDS rule is to be accounted & deducted either at the time of making provision or at the time of payment whichever" is earlier. It has to be paid next month to avoid penalty/interest subsequently. You may account & deducted TDS on the grounds of an amount already accounted/deducted.

02.07.2016 Commision A/c ............ Dr.   30,000/-

                      To Mr. J Kapoor........         28,500/-

                      To TDS on non salary...      1,500/-

02.07.2016 Mr. J Kapoor ..............  Dr. 10,000/-

                      To Bank/Cash............................  10,000/-

(When you make the payment on that date)

                   Mr. J Kapoor.................Dr. 18,500/-

                      To Bank/ Cash........................      18,500/-
