22 January 2014Intimation U/S 200A has been received to pay the short payment. But the particular short payment amount was already paid in challan which is fully matched, and the challan status was shown as "booked" in (Consolidation file). And the deductee was already got refund for the particular amount. Even though the TDS Traces telling that the challan Insufficient Balance.
can anybody clarify in this regard?

Such An Error Can Be Better Understood By Having A Look At The Conso File And The Notice And Justification File.
Still From What You Have Stated Above....It Seems You Have Forgot To Delete The Entries From The Challan Which Was Marked Insufficient.

Firstly thanks for quick response,
But, the major thing is i have filed revised return with a inclusion of one challan, and deduction part is also been matched. And the deductee was already got a refund for that. But TDS Traces is telling that Insufficient Balance in challan.
Let me know more clarification.

As perTDS Traces telling that the challan Insufficient Balance. I have paid the full amount and annexure also matched with challan, can anybody clarify in this regard?

Mr.Obuleshu,
as i said above, many people are suffering with the same problems, mostly when the TDS TRACES was handover the tds proceedings from the TIN-NSDL.
Even the TRACES customer care was also unuseful, If we ask them anything, they simply replied that "send a mail to them", But there will be no reply to us except "thanks for contact the CPC".
It is so hard to solve these type of problems facing due to CPC.
