Hi Mahendar,
I guess that you are asking excess tds is remitted and you want to revise the TDS return. In that case, as the money already remitted to the IT Dept, a letter can be given stating that excess remittance was made wrongly, and asking them to adjust against income tax dues or claim refund of it.
